Questions about the subscription
How does the trial work?+
When you sign up you get 14 days of the full Grinder plan, up to 1,000 imported spins, with no credit card. At the end your account moves to the Explorer plan: you keep your last 1,000 spins and pick a plan whenever you want.
Can I change plan or cancel?+
At any time from "My account". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, at no cost.
Which payment methods?+
Credit card, through a secure payment provider. Prices include VAT.
Is there an offer for coaches?+
A Coach plan (following several students) is in preparation. Write to us if you are interested.
The trial starts at sign-up; when it ends, the account moves to the free plan.
